Emotions in Tuscany was born from an idea by Emanuele Fumi Cambi Gado, a professional with many years of experience in the tourism, food and wine sectors
and event organization.
A descendant of the historic Counts Fumi Cambi Gado family, Tuscan winemakers for generations and custodians of the local food and wine tradition, his passion began between the vineyards and the cellar, grew in the restaurant business, and consolidated through the management of villas and farmhouses.
